This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. By using Arivio, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of OCIDM, our users, or the public.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5.Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
Arivio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We access Google Calendar solely to create, update, and delete calendar events generated through Arivio's booking system.
- We do not access, read, or store pre-existing calendar events or data unrelated to Arivio bookings.
- Google user data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to train AI models.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest and revocable at any time through your Arivio settings or via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6.Artificial Intelligence and Your Data
Arivio uses Claude, developed by Anthropic PBC, to power AI features including automated replies, connection memory, and conversation analysis. Your data is processed to provide these features within your account. Arivio does not use your personal data to train AI models, and your conversations are not shared with third parties for AI training purposes.
7.Advertising and Analytics
7.1Advertising
OCIDM promotes Arivio through digital advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and other channels. We may deploy advertising pixels and tracking technologies on our public marketing pages (arivio.io/*, excluding authenticated dashboard pages) to measure advertising performance and optimize campaigns.
We do not share your Arivio account data, messages, connections, booking information, or any personal information with advertising platforms. Advertising technologies are strictly limited to public marketing pages and are not deployed within authenticated areas of the platform.
7.2Analytics
We use analytics tools, which may include Google Analytics and proprietary platform analytics, to understand usage patterns and improve Arivio. Data collected for analytics purposes is aggregated and does not identify individual users in our reporting.
8.Push Notifications
Push notifications are opt-in and require your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent and disable push notifications at any time through Settings → Notifications within your Arivio account.
9.Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial records).
10.Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Export your connection and account data

12.Children's Privacy
Arivio is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
13.International Data Transfers
Arivio is operated from Canada. By using our platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to Canada and to our service providers located in other jurisdictions, including the United States.
14.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of Arivio following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
